Every month you will receive a detailed report covering what items have been implemented and addressed to show that we are helping you meet your business needs. Depending on our program and which areas of service you have selected to work with Casey Hospitality on, you will also receive reports including but not limited to, ADR Impact, Revenue Fluctuations, Forecast Trends, Website and Guest Sentiment data, Social Media Management stats, and Guest Sentiment responses and follow-ups.
You will also receive a continuous update on areas for improvement that need to be addressed within each subsequent 30 day period that are expected to be worked on by Casey Hospitality as well as any task required to be completed by your team on property as we work together to support your business goals and objectives.
