Short & simple....No.  We want our customers to be satisfied and not to feel obligated to lock into a lengthy contract.  Our contracts are month to month.  We believe in continuous communication and high-touch point interaction.  If at any point you have a question or concern, we want to know and immediately address those matters for you.  Simply CONTACT US anytime.

Am I allowed to upgrade my monthly support package?

Yes, you may upgrade your monthly support package at any time!  Should you wish to upgrade your monthly support level, simply contact us and we will adjust your agreement accordingly and will then immediately begin implementing the next level of intensive support for your team.

How quickly can my team begin working with you once we enroll?

Immediately!  As soon as your contract is executed, we will begin working with your team on Day 1!  You will receive an introductory email and phone call along with a detailed explanation outlining our first steps and action items that we will achieve over the first 30 days.  Continuous support and action plan items will continuously ongoing as well.
