Departmental Training

We offer a 3-day onsite Training Program.  We are equipped to handle training for a variety of departments ranging from Front Desk, to Housekeeping, to Guest Services, to Revenue Management, to name just a few.  Our training program will be tailored around precisely your needs.  Our training programs are highly interactive.  Staff and management will be requested to participate through the training sessions.  We will be soliciting feedback and actively engaged in communication with your team. 

Staff will walk away having a more solid understanding of their role, how they impact other areas of the property, and ultimately how each division is a touch point that impacts the guest and ultimately the reputation and financial success of the property.  Management will also be provided with detail reports and action plan follow-ups to ensure our training momentum continues.  This program includes a 30, 60, and 90 day post visit follow-up with your staff.
