Social Media Management

In addition to the Social Media Review that you already receive, our Social Media Management solution will take full management and follow-up responsibility of your Social Media accounts.  We will create, development, and manage the business listing pages of your property across all of the major Social Media platforms. Your management team on property will also retain access to these business listing accounts to respond to guest reviews in additional to our team should you wish them to do so.

The primary social media channels we will focus on are Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.  However should you wish for us to manage additional pages such as YouTube, Snap Chat, we can assist you with this at the add-on rate.  This service also includes response management to consumer posts to online review sites such as TripAdvisor, YEXT, and any OTA channels such as Expedia.com.

This service is included in the Essential and Triumph packages.  If you are currently not in any of our monthly packages, you may also purchase this as a one-off service for any of your business needs.
